Morning classes include 45-min motivator on Mondays, 30-minute quickies on Weds and Thurs , 55-min Feel Fabulous on Friday, plus an hour-long evening session on Tuesdays.
All classes take a gentle approach to building strength and calm through postures and movement, breath and meditation.
Do as many classes as you like each week AND have access to a library of recordings, including bonus sessions, such as 20-minute guided relaxations, or 30-minute quickies for when time is extra tight.
