Monthly Membership

If you want to do more than one class a week or recordings to do at a time that suits you, the best value option is a monthly membership.

Do as many classes as you like each week AND have access to the Members Area of this website where you will find a library of recordings, including bonus sessions, such as 20-minute guided relaxations, or 30-minute quickies for when time is extra tight.

You can buy one month’s membership for £40 or set up a recurring payment of £32 a month.

Once you’ve booked your monthly membership you will be sent login details to access the Members Area. From here you will be able to access the previously recorded videos and the live classes on Zoom.

    The classes have been a life saver. I had Covid early on and fatigue has dogged me for 8 months now, and exercise is not always easy. It has been so helpful to be able to relax with the yoga and to see progress month on month when I do attend, and see how my body is learning something and opening up and stabilising.
