Who am I?

An experienced yoga teacher and mum of teens sharing yoga in the community and in prisons since 2008. A small home studio in south London – and accessible online everywhere.

What I do?

Help you look after your mental and physical health through life’s challenges with clearly-taught, practical yoga classes and retreats online and in person. You can book classes online. 

How I do it?

A gentle approach that helps you find and enjoy your body’s natural strength and ease. Providing you with the best ways to unwind and feel engergised. I have learned through experiences.
