Yoga at Home
Yoga at Home couldn’t be easier. All you need is an internet connection and a computer, mobile phone or smart TV. You can practise in your living room or bedroom – and you don’t even need to put on your coat to get there!
I offer regular classes live on Zoom every weekday, ranging from 30min to 1hr 15mins. You can do these pay-as-you-go or buy a monthly membership which gives you best-value unlimited access to live classes and lots of recordings.
If there is a particular style of yoga or part of your body you’d like to focus on, choose from online yoga courses devised to address your particular need. These are recorded sessions you can do at a time that suits you – and as many times as you like.
