Yoga in the Community
A social and welcoming morning yoga group in Chris’s small home studio in Streatham Hill, South London, currently on hold while Covid-19 restrictions apply.
Classes are run as half-term courses (usually 6 or 7 weeks) in line with local school calendars.
- Gently taught yoga for maintaining strength and flexibility
- a regular slot of ‘me time’
- practise ways to de-stress and relax
