Yoga in the Community

A social and welcoming morning yoga group in Chris’s small home studio in Streatham Hill, South London, currently on hold while Covid-19 restrictions apply.

Classes are run as half-term courses (usually 6 or 7 weeks) in line with local school calendars. 

  • Gently taught yoga for maintaining strength and flexibility
  • a regular slot of ‘me time’
  • practise ways to de-stress and relax

Thursday course: 10-11:30am (on hold)

Friday course: 9:30-11am (on hold)
