Enjoy 48 hours of total me-time. Arrive at teatime on Friday for a whole weekend of relaxing yoga and meditation, walks and sometime massage options, letting Chris and her team look after you. By Sunday afternoon you’ll be a whole new you!
Half-day restoratives in south London
Over the course for three hours, Chris will guide you through a series of restorative postures, supported with bolsters and blankets so your body can relax without any muscular tension and a Yoga Nidra, guided relaxation. The effect is a very deep rest for both body and mind.
