The hardest part of yoga is sometimes finding the time to get to your mat. But even a few minutes makes all the difference to a busy day – and can actually help you be more patient, clear-minded and productive.

This collection of online yoga sessions is designed to help you make yoga part of your day – even when you don’t have much time.

There are ten to choose from – ranging from guided relaxations for when you need to de-stress to flowing sequences of physical postures to help you stretch out and get you moving. They range in length from 17 to 45 minutes.

You can do them anytime – to start your day well, in your lunch hour, or later when your energy is flagging and you need a boost.

You don’t have to be young or bendy, but practised over time they will help keep your body healthy, your mind able to focus – and your days a little less frantic!

These yoga sessions are carefully taught by an experienced teacher so you can do them confidently on your own at home or work .
