Joy of Twists is a collection of online yoga classes that explores the role of twists in keeping grown-up bodies functioning well. It’s not about showing off, but about staying well and feeling confident in our bodies – whatever life throws at us!

The classes are carefully taught by an experienced teacher so you can do them confidently at home on your own.

What you get

You will be sent a link to five carefully-taught yoga sessions to view on your tablet, mobile phone or laptop. They are yours forever – to view at any time now or in the future.

Each session lasts an hour and forms a fully rounded yoga practice with a focus on developing awareness of your body’s capacity to twist.

Over the course of five sessions there are increasing challenges to strength, balance and awareness, encouraging a healthy functional range of movement.

Two of the sessions include an added 20-min guided relaxation.
