Sitting: in many yoga and meditation practices we need to sit, but if there’s the slightest discomfort the mind is drawn to that and can’t focus on anything else. This session explores different options for sitting upright comfortably and practising how to move upper body and arms without adding excess tension to the neck. Then a flowing Warrior sequence – still focusing on ease in the neck – and finishing with 5 mins of seated ‘balancing breath’.
