Practical yoga for busy lives

Our time is precious and we can’t always give hours to our yoga practice. These 10 yoga sessions will help you maintain your health and wellbeing with yoga – even when life is super busy. They include:

  • Six active sessions to get you moving (ranging 30-45 mins)
  • Two restorative  practices to recharge depleted energy (17-21 mins)
  • Two guided relaxations to help you rest deeply (20 mins)

The classes can be done in any order, but please watch the short introductory video first.
